The TikTok video of their alleged act has garnered more than 50 million views.

 Shocking footage captured the moment a brazen couple appeared to have sex in a busy New York City park while children played around them. 

The video, taken at Manhattan's Battery Park, shows the raunchy pair allegedly getting intimate underneath a blanket in broad daylight. 


Outraged viewers of a TikTok that reached more than 50 million views slammed the couple, with some calling for them to face public indecency charges. 

Separate footage indicated they were able to continue the alleged public romp for hours, with the blanket still barely covering their supposed act while the sun was setting.

Viewers of the videos were stunned at the alleged audacious behavior, and questioned why nobody called the police to bring it to an end. 
Two children are seen riding scooters close to the pair, while parents played catch and sat for picnics seemingly unaware of the couple's stunt. 
'Only in New York,' captioned one of the TikToks. 'Trying to enjoy a beautiful Sunday afternoon in NYC...' 
'No bc how do you actually get away with this in NYC,' captioned the later sunset video. 
As viewers questioned, 'what happened to shame?', the couple also emerged from under the blanket with a sheepish look during the midday romp. 



In New York City, public sex carried a class B misdemeanor charge of public lewdness, and can lead to up to three months behind bars. 
The couple have not been identified, with X users also producing images reported to be the alleged perpetrators amid calls for them to face accountability.

  Video filmed by Patricia Birmingham in 2021 shows her final moments alive before she was shot by her husband, Carey Birmingham.  Her husband shot and killed her after he discovered she had an affair.  He was recently sentenced to 10 years in prison for her death and will be up for parole after 5 years. The incident took place in a northwest Harris County home on Dec. 6, 2021. The location was the 19800 block of Rose Dawn Lane, where deputies found Patricia Birmingham dead in the driveway from an apparent gunshot wound. At the time of the incident, investigators found that the husband and his wife were the only people present at the property.
