After a night out with friends, Alison Botha drove back to her apartment in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

But as soon as the 27-year-old parked her car, a man with a knife forced his way inside. He then said, "Move over, or I'll **** you."

The attacker then drove her car and when he picked up an accomplice, it was clear that the two men had sinister plans for her. By the end of the night, they had raped her, stabbed her at least 30 times, and slashed her throat so deeply that she was nearly decapitated. Left for dead in the middle of a field, she somehow still survived — and managed to identify her assailants.
